I've bought several things through Burkett. My service rep, Felicia, has gone above in beyond. She finds what I need, follows through with shipping information, and has had my back with any issues. This is a very reputable company.

Working with Nathan B. at Burkett has been the most wonderful experience. I am blown away by the customer service and level of hospitality. Goes over and beyond to meet customer needs and it does not go unnoticed. We will be ordering through Burkett using Nathan B. for our hospitality projects for years to come. Thank you for being such a light in this industry.

The oven was on a truck with some much needed sheet pans the next day and within a week I had a delivery. Estes was the delivery company and they were spot on. Great ... read more

I just wanted to say thanks and give a shout out to Eric Peterman. He went above and beyond to find me a replacement ice machine that I needed for my business. While other companies were saying 45 days, he shipped it in 24 hours and followed up with me to make sure the details were taken care of. You absolutely earned my future business! Thanks Bob Wheeler
