Dealt with Crystal re shipping to Canada. The sale didn't happen because the shipping costs were to high so ignore my replies about the product. But Crystal was wonderful to work with and she tried her best. Will come back because of her level of service.

I've purchased from Burkett on several occasions and have always been very happy with the quality of my order and the price that I paid. When I did contact customer service they were very helpful and resolved my issue quickly and to my full satisfaction.

Burkett is great to work with. They have great communication, and I can usually get an answer very promptly. I don't recommend the ESTE transportation service, but I do believe that was set up by the supplier and not Burkett. They always seem to find what we are looking for, and they do a great job following through until the item is delivered!

Very enjoyable experience, everything went smooth. Wondered about when it would arrive, but all the things lined up. Weather stayed reasonable and all went well. I did not have to call about times or anything about the delivery, I was kept informed by e-mail glad we could do business!
