My experience with Burkett was great. We were looking for a certain size ice maker that we needed to install kind of quickly. Mrs. Michelle Yandell took time out of her day and went into their warehouse and found one that would work for us. As soon as all the paper work was done she had our icemaker on the way. I placed an order for a commercial oven through Burkett online. This was my first commercial oven purchase, so I had some questions about what I needed (installing in my home, so needed to be sure I had the right volts/phase). I needed a commercial refrigerator in a hurry, which is no easy feat in ordinary times, and asking for a miracle the week before Thanksgiving. Felicia not only got me the refrigerator I wanted, but had it delivered from across the country in 4 business days - even earlier than expected. Talked with Jeff Hussar at Burkett and just told him what I was looking for and he took care of everything for me. 2 bowls were broken in shipping and customer service took care of issuing credit again with just 1 call. Time saving with Jeff is appreciated so I am not tied up for any long period of time or with constant emails or calls from him. I will order again!

If I had four thumbs it would be 4 thumbs up. When I called to purchase my new pizza dough roller I was told he had some units arriving that friday and Jeff would have them shipped out right away on monday and the unit arrived just a few days after monday shipment. Totally satisified.
