I ordered a used Beverage Air sandwich prep. The product arrived dent on one area on top but we didn't spot that until we open two months later because we were still doing the built out. The cross bars were missing. I called in and Jeff was kind enough to send me a replacement at no charge. I'm very impressed with the way he handle the situation.
