I discovered Burkett's website when I was on a frantic search for a new steamer that we needed in use in 2 days. Felicia helped me order a new steamer as well as a refurbished one which were overnighted to us. I appreciated the great service and expedited delivery. Then, the refurbished steamer ceased working.
