Our original order of a microwave oven was canceled by another seller due to a stock issue. We contacted Burkett in search of a commercial microwave. Their customer service department put us in touch with a salesman that quickly ascertained our needs and suggested a product. We are very pleased with the product and the fast turnaround time on shipping.

I always have a pleasant experience. Prices are cheaper then other places I have shopped. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. They even created an account for me. Supplies always arrived in a timely manner.

I was so lucky to have Crystal help us! We were searching high-and-low for a certain voltage of a product, and needed it "yesterday". She was persistent and got through to the manufacturer who had only one left... we were able to act quickly to secure the order. Great thanks to Crystal's customer service and swift action helping us out in a crunch!
