Burkett was great. Had to order warranty service because the unit leaked, not your fault. They sent someone out they fixed it and everything is good. It seems that the screws on the cover of the water tank were only finger tight.

We couldn't be any happier with our commercial freezer from Burkett! Jeff was very helpful in getting this purchase made and a quick delivery date for our food pantry. This is our third appliance from Burkett. If the needs arises for another item, this will be the first call we make!!!

OUT-FLIPPIN'-STANDING! Crystal went above and beyond the call of duty to help me research, identify, select and purchase the product in question. They were courteous, polite, and informative, all without an iota of 'pressure' on the customer. The pricing was competitive, but the service was what sealed the deal.

I spoke with Crystal today at 28740 Glenwood Rd, Perrysburg, OH 43551 and they were OUT-Flippin'-STANDING. They went above and beyond the call of duty, answered every single question asked competently and confidently, shared their professional considerations, and conversed in an inviting, clear, and considerate fashion. I will recommend Burkett of Perrysburg to any and all whom inquire just because of my brief encounter with Crystal today.

As a first time business owner, I was pleased to be able to find the equipment that I needed to help get my business off the ground. Michelle was a huge help in finding what we needed and I have continued to contact her regarding other inventory.
