My sales person (Felicia Siddique) was awesome, Personal, professional and knowledgeable of product and handled the transaction super fast. My order was placed on a Monday, July 11, 2022 around noon and it arrived to my store on Wednesday July 13, 2002 before noon. WOW what awesome service. I called my rep Felicia again today Monday July 18th to order another one of the machines for my #2 store. Great experience and my last week was my first time to use Burkett. FYI, Felicia Siddique (sales rep) is a great asset to Burket!
