I called with some questions. Our rep Felicia responded to everything and helped me to choose the best product for my needs.

The customer service team was attentive, thorough and most of all over the top grade with their follow up. It felt unusual but much appreciated to have the attention and someone connecting directly with me from start to finish. Highly recommend

I purchased a beautiful True 49 cf Refrigerator and it had to be the easiest transaction I've ever did. My unit was purchased then shipped and in operation in like 3-4 days. This huge refrigerator came from up north all the way to Florida and it was like Amazon prime but add one day. Remarkable fast and friendly service from start to finish. Thanks.
