Great staff, took care of a small Amazon order issue and handled it in house. Would use them again.

The item I was looking to purchase was over 20 weeks out for delivery from the manufacturer. Of all of the many different companies I contacted, Jaff Hussar from Burkett was the only one to recommend an alternative, which worked perfectly just as he said it would. I greatly appreciate his assistance and expertise. We were able to continue business as usual.

Contacted Michelle for a quote, your price was competitive compared to a restaurant equippers publication we receive. Folks are great at the store.

Teressa was very nice and helpful, she answered all my questions quickly. I was very happy with the cooler that I purchased a year ago so I came back to purchase an additional one.

Michelle Greer did an amazing job! She was not only helpful and knowledgeable, she cared about our situation and went out of her way to make our delivery happen quickly when our oven went out. She even stopped by the next day to follow up in person. I am incredibly impressed and grateful by her level of customer service.
