Received the wrong item. No attempt by the company to get me the correct item. Bait and switch shipping and now I know bait and switch on the item as well. No resolution plan was presented to me. Absolutely no desire to satisfy the customer or rectify the situation. Huge mistake on my part to order from Burkett.

Everyting ok. Received an email right after I bought it. I asked for a refund for the expedited shipping cost and I haven't received my money back. Still waiting.
