I have to say I am very disappointed with what happened today. I took delivery of a Scotsman CU50PA yesterday. It was installed today. The machine is not working. It started up with the clean cycle light flashing. The manual says this should not happen for 6 months. Machine not making ice. Run constantly and I can't shut it off at the panel. I called Burkett. I ordered a product 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it. When I placed the order it stated Shipping will be 2-3 days. I will never order again from this company.

I figured the price was too good to be true but thought I would try. Of course days later I get a call that the price was wrong and that I needed to pay the difference. Not offer of a discount outside of "free delivery", which I can get almost anywhere else. So instead of paying you full price I went to a competitor and paid them full price and still got free delivery. If you make a mistake you should own up to it and offer a reasonable accommodation.

Usually I don't write review . I ordered the Vitamix blender and have received it but machine not working the high pulse button . I emailed the sales rep to ask what should I do for it and never got back an email . I don't ask for any return or refund ? Just simple question what should I do for the manufacturer warranty ?

It would not accept my shipping address after several attempts. No answer when I called for help. This website is not user friendly at all! Had to use PayPal which used the EXACT information that I entered and your site kept kicking it out!!
