Could not log on; "forgot password" feature didn't work; online chat with your associate, said I'd hear back on password reset; never did; created new account; transaction declined first few times; was about to go to other vendor. Process hardly could have been worse.

Product is cheap junk. Your return policy sucks. Take full responsibility for the junk you sell. You should issue all full refund on the purchase price of this product not a partial refund and then making the consumer pay fees on top of it. All of this nonsense is just bad business.
