In my search for a restaurant grade quality slicer, I found Burkett with their line of used restaurant equipment. A new restaurant/deli quality slicer was not affordable, but Burkett had several models of used slicers that were within my reach. The Burkel 829-A slicer that I selected was an excellent choice.
