Every step of the process of this order was perfect. The website was easy to navigate and get information from, and getting a rep was extremely easy and quick. The rep (Corey) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with every single request I made. The refrigerator was shipped very quickly and arrived within a couple of days, as promised. Corey followed up regularly to make sure we were satisfied with every step of the process. 100% Burkett will be the first company we contact the next time we need to order an applian... read more

I have made multiple purchases from Burkett with each one meeting the need. My sales person Kim Barefoot was able to identify multiple options for functionality and price then meet nearly impossible timelines.

I've now bought two large pieces of equipment from Burkett and I couldn't be happier. For anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen or bar, I couldn't recommend the team at Burkett any stronger.

I ordered one item on line and picked it up at the show room. The staff there was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. I also purchased a few more items while at the show room and found the pricing very reasonable.
