I was not looking forward to the process of finding a new Ice Machine for our Church but Burkett and their team made it a pleasant experience. Christine Soderquist in sales worked with us closely to find not only the right equipment but at the right price. Burkett and Christine has continued to follow-up even after the purchase and delivery to be sure we are happy. Thank You.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first to purchase a used item but after I put the item on my shopping cart and left it there to think about this purchase I was reached by Christine S. who made the process so easy and quick! Shipping was quick and they were always making sure to let me know of their next step in the purchase/delivery. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again!

Customer service is good. Very professional, courteous and responsive. This is a B2B purchase which needed correct information and quick turn around. Thumbs up all the way.

I worked with Todd and he was fantastic! His follow through was most important to me because it kept me on task. He wasn't pushy at all and made the whole process easy breezy.

Very prompt with a proposal for multiple commercial appliances. Processed the order in a timely fashion. Received emails prior to shipments arriving.
