Despite a hiccup at the beginning of the process. I received personal attention from Mr. Elmore and the problem was solved. He showed great professionalism in handling my issue. I truly appreciate all his help. He then referred me to Eric Petersen who ensured that the reorder was delivered in a timely manner. I highly recommend Burkett, they want you to be 100% satisfied with their products. Thank you Dave & Eric
